Cancelling a monthly subscription

Cancel anytime from the billing portal (linked in your receipt and on your welcome page) or by email. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for; there are no further charges.

Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise it, inform us (Codext GmbH, Frankenstraße 10, 74549 Wolpertshausen, Germany, kontakt@codext.de, +49 7904 5203106) by a clear statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model form below, but you don’t have to. It is enough to send your notice before the period expires.

Consequences: if you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days, using the same means of payment you used.

Early expiry for digital content: your right of withdrawal expires once we have started delivering the Software, if you expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed you know you lose your right of withdrawal this way. The voluntary money-back guarantee above still applies either way.
